There is a River

waterfalls during daytime

There is a river
but I’m drowning on the shore
stubborn stains of dumb mistakes
diffidence and inner war

The rain can’t wash me
‘cause I’m dirty to the core
so Grace and Mercy please come down
Jesus, let it pour
