Rita Serra is an emerging poet and minted author. Her debut work, “Diary of a Blonde Vagabond,” is a poetic anthology that guides readers across four continents and deep into the human psyche. Rita graduated from the University of North Carolina with a BA in History and maximum gusto for living life unabashed. Drawing on inspiration from her counter-culture predecessors, Rita backpacked around the world for twenty-eight months, often solo, letting experience be her guru. Rita often says if her heart was a compass, it would point towards dancing, writing, backpacking, and nature-watching.
