Water
(smoosh, splash)
sucking mud:
dragon flies
and other flies
plus mosquitoes
in abundance,
and birds fill the air,
also life in water,
frogs, all around,
myriads of living forms
(and fragrances)
combine and blend.
Water is giver,
sustainer of life
no more evident
than here –
wetland marsh world.
