Water, Everywhere

body of water with rocks
A mirrored splash of sunny skies on streams
Winds its lazy way in lonely forests.
Heaven meets Earth to share its loving dreams,
As soaring trees reach the skies above to caress.

Sounds echo gurgles in lakes and creeks,
Where little creatures burrow in disguise.
Hidden in rippling waves, they tell their story,
Of whispers heard alive from unseen eyes.

Nature presents its majestic art show;
Amorous bees romance purple pansies,
Birds pick morsels from ponds across meadows
As butterflies sip honey from lilies.

Capture this moment of beauty sublime,
This fleeting scene will soon fade with time.
